Nicole graduated high school from Forest Park High School in Crystal Falls, Michigan in 2002
She went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2006
From there, she earned a Doctor of Physical Degree (DPT) from the University of Michigan in Flint, Michigan in 2010
In 2017, she earned board certification in Men's and Women's Pelvic Health (WCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties
She is a licensed, board certified doctor of physical therapy in pelvic health
Upon graduating from school with her DPT, she immediately began training in pelvic floor dysfunction. From 2010-2013 she complete the four-course pelvic floor series through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In 2014 she began working at Michigan Medicine (previously University of Michigan Health System) as a pelvic floor physical therapist. She worked at MM from 2014-2018 specializing in and treating adult male and female pelvic floor dysfunction. She became board certified in WCS in 2017.
Nicole was born and raised in Michigan. She lived in Holly, Michigan until she was 9 years old. When her parents divorced, she moved with her mother and two brothers to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and became a yooper! It was in the U.P. where she learned about nature, helping others, and being kind. However, she acquired her dad's entrepreneurial spirit and always knew she would own her own business.
In 2018 she said goodbye to her clinical position and went out on her own to help more people learn about and treat pelvic floor dysfunction.
